Kenny is the previous president of KJM Commercial, INC. and has over 30 years of experience in this field. Kenny’s “can-do” attitude and strong people skills are the foundation and drive behind the Huband-Mantor Construction, INC. success. In Kenny’s spare time, you can find him with his grand babies or at a team roping.

Kathleen has played a vital role in the success of Huband-Mantor Construction for over a decade. When she’s not at work she enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, Bones.

Rhett is a versatile professional with nearly 7 years of experience managing large-scale projects. Rhett’s a leader in the office and in the field. Rhett excels at building and maintaining relationships with everyone he comes in contact with. When Rhett isn’t working, he’s either with his family, fishing, or most likely at a team roping.

Jake graduated from Texas A&M-Corpus Christi in 2015 and has worked in the construction industry for 7 years. Jake provides overall management of field operations to all HMC projects, establishes field objectives and policies, safety, quality control and monitors construction and financial activities through administrative direction of the Project Manager. He also plays a big role in mentoring all project superintendents. Jake is an appreciated leader of the HMC family. Jake enjoys hunting and fishing and is expecting his first baby girl in December 2023!

Cal attended Shreiner University where he played baseball and later graduated from Texas A&M San Antonio with a BS in Kinesiology / History. Cal was formerly a teacher/coach for Harper ISD. Cal plays a big role in assisting the project manager in establishing project objectives, procedures, data collection methods, and performance standards within parameters of company policies. Cal is married to Morgan and they have two adorable kids, Crider and Saylor. On the weekends Cal enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family on the ranch!
